From the moment we seen the boat for sale, our first trip down to see it, the water test, paper work all the way out the door to finalize the sale , was an AMAZING experience! Love the Pioneer I bought off these guys but once they had my money they wouldn’t even return my calls. Service? Nonexistent. 2 stars only because the boat is great. Sevice is zero stars or less Update. I had my pioneer in for service and some post IAN repairs. The new service manager, Ben, is great. He went above and beyond taking care of me.
