Return & Cancellation Policy

The Boat Place operates as a marine dealership selling boats, outboard motors, and related products and services. Due to the nature of our business, our return and cancellation policy differs from traditional retail.
- Boats and Rigged Packages All boat and boat package sales are final. Boats are titled vehicles and cannot be returned once a sale is complete and title has transferred.
- Outboard Motors All outboard motors sold by The Boat Place require professional installation and rigging. As such, all outboard motor sales are final and no returns are accepted.
- Service and Labor All service work, maintenance, and labor charges are non-refundable. Completed work including installations, oil changes, and mechanical services cannot be reversed & refunded.
- Defective Parts although rare, will be handled on a case by case basis, entirely dependent on manufacturer policy. We will always do right by our customers!
